Counseling saved my life! Your programs were a Godsend. I was depressed and on ODSP when a friend introduced me to a women's support group in 2021. I listened, and the more I heard, I finally recognized and understood my story of abandonment and betrayal. SOVEREIGN Core provided individual therapy, which gave me the courage to finally leave my abusive partner. I am now enrolled in some upgrading courses. Life is good!! I am just so grateful for the second change that I have now. I'm not just a former client, I am a volunteer!
